Notion follows standard data protection and encryption. Customer data is not used to train AI models unless you opt-in. Data shared with AI subprocessors is contractually prohibited from being used for model training.

Can I use Notion offline?

Yes, on desktop and mobile apps. You can choose specific pages to download. Recents and Favorites auto-download on paid plans for better offline access.

How are paid seats calculated and charged?

You're charged per member per month. Adding a member mid-cycle incurs a prorated charge. Removing a member frees a seat for the current billing period. Seats synchronize at renewal.

What's the difference between Notion AI and Custom Agents?

Notion AI is the built-in assistant for chat, generation, and search. Custom Agents are autonomous automations you build to handle repetitive, multi-step tasks using Notion data and connected apps.

Is there a student discount?
