I Make Viral Animated Stickman Videos with Claude Code & Google Flow (FULL TUTORIAL)
I made an animated film with Claude Code without generating a single AI video clip. In this step-by-step tutorial, I'll show you how to create consistent stickman characters using Google Flow reference images, animate them entirely with code, and sync every action precisely to the narration.
Unlike traditional AI video generators, this Claude Code animation workflow builds a reusable character rig. You can make your character walk, talk, sit, knock on doors, and act in different stories without generating new AI video clips for every scene.
I'll build a brand-new animated character called Rook, turn him into a reusable animation rig, write a short film, generate a local AI voiceover, and let Claude Code animate and export the finished video.

What you'll learn:
- How to make stickman animation videos with Claude Code
- How to build consistent AI characters using Google Flow
- How to create reusable character rigs instead of generating individual video clips
- How to automate character animation with a Claude Code skill
- How to generate AI narration locally with Kokoro TTS
- How to synchronize animation and character movement to spoken words
- How to render, inspect, fix, and export your animated film
- How to reuse the same character across future animations and faceless YouTube videos
Tools used:
Claude Code, Google Flow, flow-mcp, Stick Film skill, and Kokoro TTS.
This workflow doesn't require paid AI video generation credits. The skill is free, the narration runs locally, and the character reference images don't consume Google Flow video credits in this workflow. You'll still need access to Claude Code, and Claude usage limits or charges apply.
